How soon can we start?
This is highly dependent on the size of the contract. We pride ourselves in our professionalism and organization to implement cleaning at your location as quickly as possible.
Does Superior have proper Insurance?
Superior is fully insured and bonded. We carry General liability insurance, liability umbrella policy, and worker’s compensation insurance
What types of properties do you specialize in?
We provide specialized cleaning for a variety of commercial properties such as financial, healthcare, education, speciality industries, etc.

Absolutely! We care about the environment and your business. We source out the best environmentally friendly products
Do you provide disinfectant cleaning and high touch areas?
Yes we do. During the covid outbreak in the last couple of years, we have specialized in these types of cleaning. We want our customers to feel safe and comfortable in their workplace.
How can we contact you in case of an emergency?
You will be assigned a regional manager. They will be responsible for everything to do with cleaning at your workplace. You will be given their number and email address.
Does someone need to be at the location when we clean?
No they do not. We can clean before or after business hours, or anytime you prefer. We tailor our schedule and services to meet the needs of your specific needs
